As part of my third year at University, I've been given a brief by Mother London to transform the Meta Quest from just being seen as a gaming device. I've decided to transform the Meta Quest from a gaming device into a platform for immersive cinema - starting with horror. After watching a horror film, users enter a personalised, hour-long experience that brings the movie’s terror into their own home through lighting, sound, and visual effects. It’s not just watching horror - it’s living it.
